Share + Solve exists to strengthen connection, support workforce development, and help organizations build sustainable peer support programs.
We believe meaningful relationships are at the center of recovery, growth, and community engagement. Our platform provides the infrastructure organizations need to coordiante support, share resoruces, track goals, and strengthen pathways for connection.
Why We Built Share+Solve
Share + Solve was built from lived experiece and a simple belief: people often learn best from someone who has walked a similar path.
While technology cannot replace human connection, it can help create, strngthen, and sustain it. Share + Solve was designed to support peer support programs, youth-serving organizations, recevoery initatives, schools, courts, and community partners by providing secure tools that help people stay connected and engaged.

Meet the Founder
Founder of Share+Solve | MBA | Peer Support Systems Architect
​Drawing from his own lived experience navigating mental health challenges, John has spent nearly a decade helping organizations expand access to peer support, strengthen workforce capacity, and create pathways for connection and recovery.
​
As both a systems architect and advocate, he has worked with local, state, and national partners to advance peer support initiatives and build sustainable solutions to empower young people and communites.
​
John created Share + Solve to strengthen the infrastructure behind peer support, helping organizations coordinate services, support workforce development, and create meaningful connections that improve lives.
